How orders work with the named partner shop
This guide helps you browse and plan. The partner shop named on each button handles applications, orders, repayments and delivery.
Follow the named destination
Application buttons and product links show the receiving shop. Check its current terms, product information and total repayment commitment before completing an application or order. Approval is not guaranteed by this guide.
First order and repeat orders differ
The first four payments on a first catalogue order build payment history before dispatch. Repeat orders can be dispatched without that first-order waiting period, subject to the partner’s terms. Check your actual schedule and any delivery conditions at the shop.
Do not stretch the household budget
Consider rent, utilities, food and existing commitments before taking on repayments. If repayments would be uncomfortable, reduce the order or wait. Free independent money guidance is available from MoneyHelper.
